The items listed below are being sold as ‘AS IS’ products. All the items have been stored for several years. These items also have been exposed to various climate-based elements. The Morris Brown Band Foundation assumes no liability or responsibility for the products sold to the consumer. As advised, we would not suggest attempting to wear these uniforms in their current condition. We also assume no liability for any health exposures due to items purchased. The items listed below are being sold as memorabilia only. Additional cleaning and proper storage will be required to maintain the memorabilia.
We also assume no liability or responsibility for the overall condition or sizes of items sold to the purchaser. For example, MBBF cannot guarantee that uniform sets, hats. etc. match in size. There are no sizes that can be provided prior to purchase.
Again, these items are being sold ‘AS IS’. It’s the recommendation of MBBF that all items serve as memorabilia only. Overall, when considering the care of the products received as it relates to cleaning, framing, etc. is strictly the responsibility of the consumer/purchaser and not MBBF. As the purchaser, MBBF strongly suggests that you do what is necessary to maintain the remaining quality of the products sold.
